| Article number: kb-13 | Q. How do I get a POP3 email account?
A. First, you must be using our DNS in order to use our POP3 email. If you are using custom nameservers, we have no control over your domain name and therefore cannot offer you any of the DNS functions including email. For complete instructions on how to use our nameservers see Answer ID 27.
Signing up for POP3 email is easy! Just follow these steps:
Login to your account.
Choose menu option DOMAINS.
Click on my domains.
Click on the domain name to which you want to add a POP3 email account.
Click Email Settings.
Select Email Accounts (POP3) from the drop down menu .
Click the Add a new Email Pak link.
Checkout and purchase your Email Pak.
Go back to the domain name control panel under EMAIL SETTINGS and you can now add and configure users/mailboxes.
You can go online and easily log in from a browser - type in: http://webmail.yourdomain.com (whereyourdomain.com = the domain name you are configuring.)
